Originally from New Aquitaine, I have been a professional in the field of sport for twenty years . A lifeguard by training, I collaborated with physiotherapists on the rehabilitation and re-athleticism of athletes in an aquatic environment, I then enriched my knowledge by following university training in Sport and Health, Physical Preparation, and Mental Preparation .
My goal is to bring well-being through physical activity, by getting back into physical condition, adapted and personalized to each practitioner. This is how I have been interested in recent years in injury prevention , re- athletic training , posturology , as well as motor, cognitive and behavioral preferences.
