Contact and working methods:

- Fill out the contact form, and I will answer you very quickly (within 48 hours on average).

- We study your objective together, based on tests and the services offered.

​

- Once the programs have been designed, we can start individual or group coaching. ​

​

Rules:

The payments accepted are either by credit card via the online booking of a coaching session, or in cash, or by check, during the session.

The price of the session is fixed.

Cancellation policy: Any session not canceled 24 hours in advance is fully due.

Reliability:

Paid coaching sessions must be provided by state-certified professionals. Make sure that the coach is in possession of his professional card and his valid RC insurance. Check the authenticity of the documents on the website of the Ministry of Sports: eapspublic.sport.gouv.fr

Code of ethics :

The coach must show confidentiality and kindness towards his clients. He must accompany them, constantly ensuring their safety, as well as respect for their physical integrity during the proposed exercises.
